Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    If the Buyer qualifies as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (an individual purchasing goods or services for purposes not related to business or professional activity), they may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally cancel the contract (online purchase).

    • This right may be exercised within 14 calendar days from the date the goods were delivered.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
    1.1. Goods manufactured according to the Buyer’s instructions, custom-made products, non-replaceable items, or perishable/quickly consumable goods.
    1.2. Goods with damaged or carelessly opened packaging.
    1.3. Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals.
    1.4. Goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the Seller’s control.
    1.5. Other cases provided by law.

  1. Condition of Returned Goods
    The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of goods during the withdrawal period.

    • Any decrease in value caused by improper use, use beyond testing purposes, or actions inconsistent with good faith will be deducted from the refund.

    • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories, and in their original presentation (labels, protective films, and packaging intact).

  1. Procedure for Withdrawal

    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must submit a completed and signed withdrawal form to the Seller.

    • The goods must be returned to the Seller within 7 days after submitting the withdrawal form.

  1. Refunds

    • Payments received from the Buyer will be refunded within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal form.

    • The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned.

    • Refunds will only be issued to the Buyer’s bank account provided in the withdrawal form.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, unless the goods are defective or non-compliant with the order.

    • If goods are non-compliant, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer’s documented return costs within 7 days of receiving proof of expenses.

  1. Packaging
    When exercising the right of withdrawal, goods must be returned in their original packaging.
